Job Description

We  are looking for an ambitious  and energetic International Business Development Manager who can expand the business into the international market by researching market trends and developing partnerships with key international allies. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. 

Responsibilities 

  • Provide Guidance to Nepal team in terms of Lead Generation and client conversion 
  • Researching new organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Developing  relationships with key international partners.
  • Planning and overseeing a new Marketing initiative focussing both on financial and customer satisfaction.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Training personnel and helping  team members develop their skill.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Built long term relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Highly IT driven
