Responsibilities
The Internal Audit Officer is responsible for conducting thorough reviews of the company's financial, operational, and compliance-related activities to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations. This includes evaluating the effectiveness of risk management procedures, internal controls, and governance processes. The role involves identifying potential areas of improvement, detecting irregularities or inefficiencies, and providing recommendations to enhance organizational performance. The Internal Audit Officer works closely with various departments to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and operational transparency, while also assisting in the development and execution of audit plans.
