Job Description

The role of the HR Recruitment and Capacity Development Intern is to support/assist the Sr. HR Officer, Recruitment and Capacity Development in all recruitment activities. Tasks will include:

  • Assist in translating the job TORs into vacancy texts
  • Coordinate with relevant vacancy channels(websites, newspapers, professional journals) for the placement of vacancy advertisements
  • Manage incoming applications/CVs through online application system
  • Communicate with interview panel members and applicants to schedule interviews
  • Coordinate logistical arrangements including travel and accommodation for interview candidates from outside
  • Manage and keep up-to-date CV database
  • Maintain Recruitment Calendar up-to-date
