About the Programme

A leading travel company representing some of the world’s finest airlines as their General Sales Agent (GSA) for Nepal invites applications from enthusiastic and career-oriented individuals for its 12-month Paid Internship Programme.

This internship offers structured, hands-on exposure across key areas of the airline, travel, tourism, and aviation industries. It is designed to provide real-time learning and professional development under the guidance of experienced industry professionals.

Key Training Areas

Selected interns will gain practical exposure in a wide range of areas, including airline reservations and sales, airport operations, air cargo handling, passenger ticketing and GDS systems training, tour planning and management, travel agency operations, as well as basic accounting, finance, and administration.

Programme Highlights

This internship follows a structured “Learn & Earn” model, offering interns cross-functional learning and practical industry experience under the mentorship of senior professionals. Exceptional performers may be considered for future employment opportunities upon completion of the programme or as vacancies arise.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have completed the Intermediate level and be either current bachelor’s level students (with preference given to those in their final year) or recent graduates from any discipline. Candidates must be computer literate and not older than 25 years. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali are required.

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate reliability, enthusiasm, and a strong motivation to grow. A professional attitude, punctuality, eagerness to learn, and a proactive mindset are essential. Work Commitment

Applicants must be available for full-time engagement throughout the 12-month programme and must be willing to work from the office during official working hours.

They should also be open to travel outside Kathmandu for work, training, or exposure purposes, and be adaptable to flexible work schedules based on the requirements of the department they are assigned to.

Nationality and Location

Applicants must be Nepali citizens. Preference will be given to candidates based in Kathmandu or those willing to relocate for the duration of the internship.
