Job Description

  • Conduct research on current trends and best practices in teacher training and ed-tech solutions, and use this knowledge to design and develop effective training programs and resources for teachers.
  • Work closely with schools and other educational institutions to understand their specific needs and develop customized training programs to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with ed-tech companies to identify and develop solutions that are relevant to teachers and can enhance their teaching effectiveness and student learning outcomes.
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops to teachers, both online and in-person, to help them improve their pedagogical skills and leverage technology in their teaching practices.
  • Create and curate a repository of resources, including lesson plans, educational videos, and other materials, that teachers can use to enhance their teaching and enrich their students' learning experiences.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and ed-tech solutions, and use feedback from teachers and other stakeholders to improve and refine these offerings continuously.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, ed-tech companies, and other partners, to promote adopting best practices and technologies in education.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in education and ed-tech, and use this knowledge to inform the development of training programs and resources.
  • Collaborate with other members of the academic team to ensure that all training programs and resources align with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Contribute to developing marketing and communication materials that promote the organization's training programs and ed-tech solutions, and help build a strong brand presence in the education sector.
