Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an experienced and execution-driven Interior Designer – Project Management to oversee interior project execution and site coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring that design intent is delivered with high quality and within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise ongoing interior site works to ensure smooth project execution.
Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other site teams.
Translate approved designs into execution drawings and detailed site instructions.
Oversee material selection, procurement, and coordination with vendors and suppliers.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and approved budgets.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor workmanship and resolve execution issues.
Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Prepare and track work schedules, progress reports, and site documentation.
Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams regarding site progress.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely completion.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
3–5+ years of hands-on experience in interior project execution and site management.
Strong understanding of interior construction methods, materials, and detailing.
Excellent site coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and contractors efficiently.
Comfortable with frequent on-site supervision and travel as required.
Proficiency in execution drawings using AutoCAD (Knowledge of SketchUp is an advantage).
Strong sense of responsibility, quality consciousness, and time management.
