Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations,renovations, space planning and new constructions)
Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
Excellent portfolio of previous works
Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
Communication and presentation skills
Project management skills
BS degree in Interior Design or similar

Undertake and set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project from concept to completion
Interpret, Conceptualize and sketch design and translate customer needs into rough plans
Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.
Attending client meetings to determine their creative vision and client preferences regarding interior styles and colors
Consulting contractors, designers, decorators, architects and constructors and other construction industry professional
Arranging client visits and keeping everyone involved in the project appraised of its progress
Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.
