Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Architect located in Kathmandu. The Interior Architect will be responsible for space planning, interior design, interior fit-out, and interior architecture. They will collaborate with the design team and clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. The Interior Architect will also work closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in space planning, interior design, and interior architecture
• Experience in interior fit-out and project management
• Proficiency in relevant design software and tools
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Previous experience in the hospitality, residential, commercial, or retail sector is a plus
