Job Description

Smart Move Home Loans Pty Ltd, trading as Smartmove Professional Mortgage Advisors, is one of Australia’s growing & most award-winning mortgage brokers specialising in home loan lending. Smartmove and Smartmove group of companies have been growing by investing in like-minded businesses to increase footprints in Australia. As a part of this growth, Smartmove Nepal, an expansion of Smartmove, is looking for an in-house Integration Developer.

As an Integration Developer, you will provide leadership for the IT Team when it comes to delivering technological solutions that improve Smartmove’s ability to deliver high-quality services to clients.

Your role will primarily focus on supporting Smartmove’s Process Improvement Team in building and running the integration solutions between the different SaaS systems that Smartmove uses or is intending to use, with the goal of creating a seamless and efficient user experience.

You will fit this role if you like solving problems through creative thinking, enjoy flexibility and variety in your responsibilities and the tasks that you do. Further professional training and certification relevant to the role will be considered for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, test, implement, and support the integrations, applications and systems according to business specifications
  • Conduct analysis to determine system requirements and impacts/benefits for new features or enhancements
  • Easily collaborate with staff, Process Analysts, and IT Specialists to understand needs and requirements for project and maintenance tasks
  • Participate and contribute with Process Analysts in requirements gathering, analysis, and specification, providing technical expertise and recommendations
  • Provide support to team members in project implementations as necessary
  • Provide technical support and resolution of production problems and other maintenance activities
  • Act as a backup to IT Support team, assist in providing IT support to Team Members as necessary.
  • Cross-train other IT Team Members on Integration technologies
