We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mid-Level Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our private and hybrid cloud infrastructure, ensuring its stability, performance, and security. You will work with cutting-edge technologies in virtualization, containerization, and cloud platforms to support and modernize our application environments.

This position is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who enjoys a hands-on role in project implementation and providing expert technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot infrastructure components including servers, storage arrays (SAN), and hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI).
Virtualization & Cloud: Administer and support virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV) and manage cloud resources in private and hybrid environments.
Containerization & Orchestration: Deploy, manage, and provide lifecycle support for container platforms (Docker, Podman) and orchestration systems (Kubernetes, OpenShift), including platform migration projects.
System Administration: Provide administration and support for Unix/Linux environments (Red Hat, Debian, AIX) and database systems.
Backup & Disaster Recovery: Plan and implement robust backup and restore strategies to ensure business continuity.
Project Leadership: Lead and handle end-to-end project implementation from the initial phase (Day 1) and provide ongoing operational support (Day 2).
Client & End-User Support: Provide high-level technical support and consultation to clients and staff, resolving complex hardware and software faults both remotely and face-to-face.
Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfers for system, network, and database administration techniques for end-users and team members.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure support and cloud technologies.
Proven expertise in one or more of the following virtualization technologies: VMware, Hyper-V, or Nutanix AHV.
Strong experience with Kubernetes administration and containerization technologies (Docker/Podman).
Proficiency in Linux/Unix system administration (Red Hat is a strong plus).
Solid understanding of networking concepts and storage systems (SAN).
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible is desirable.
Experience with backup and replication technologies (e.g., Commvault).
Excellent problem-solving and client-facing communication skills.

Preferred Certifications (One or more is a strong plus):

Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)
Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
