Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our IT department in alignment with the company's business goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing IT strategies, managing the IT budget, overseeing the IT team, and ensuring the reliability and security of our network infrastructure. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage IT projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Formulation and Execution:

  • Develop IT strategies aligned with company business goals
  • Implement and manage IT projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery

Budget Management:

  •  Plan and manage the IT budget to ensure  cost-effective solutions

Team Leadership and Management:

  •  Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team
  •  Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  •  Train new staff and foster a productive work environment

Infrastructure Oversight:

  •  Oversee the maintenance of network infrastructure to ensure reliability and security
  •  Manage procurement, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software

Security and Compliance:

  •  Implement and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive information
  •  Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Project Management:

  • Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders

Technical Support and Maintenance:

  • Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting issues and minimizing downtime
  •  Regularly update and maintain systems to prevent issues and improve performance

Vendor Management:

  •  Manage relationships with IT vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure SLAs are met.
  •  Oversee procurement of IT services and products

Technology Integration and Innovation:

  •  Stay updated with latest technology trends and integrate new technologies to improve efficiency
  •  Continuously improve IT processes and systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Electronics Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, with at least 7 years in a leadership position
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Requirements:

  •  Able to manage hardware, software and mechanical related roles
