Location: Birendranagar, Surkhet

Immediate Supervisor: Chief Administration and Finance Officer (CAFO)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Installation and configuration of hardware and software, and other applications
Maintaining the computer systems and network
Provide IT technical support to the project team, even remotely
Repairing the computer equipment as deemed necessary
Provide training to the project team on using IT as required
Responsible for the administration panel for the project website, and for network security in the office

Skills and Qualifications:

At least Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
Received relevant training on IT and related field
Experience in the related field for at least two years
Must have problem-solving skills, must be able to communicate and train staff
Must have experience working in team and possess collaboration skills
Must be detail oriented with technical and logical thought process
