Information Technology (IT) Support

Position Type: Part-Time

Location: Birendranagar, Surkhet

Immediate Supervisor: Chief Administration and Finance Officer (CAFO)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Installation and configuration of hardware and software, and other applications
• Maintaining the computer systems and network
• Provide IT technical support to the project team, even remotely
• Repairing the computer equipment as deemed necessary
• Provide training to the project team on using IT as required
• Responsible for the administration panel for the project website, and for network security in the office

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
• Received relevant training on IT and related field 
• Experience in the related field for at least two years
• Must have problem-solving skills, must be able to communicate and train staff
• Must have experience working in team and possess collaboration skills
• Must be detail oriented with technical and logical thought process
