Purpose of the job

Installation, support and troubleshooting of the banks communications network, hardware, software and Power.

• Manage Performs repair& maintenance and monitor of hardware,network and power infrastructure of the bank.
• Ensure installation of operating systems,IP addresses, web browser installation, and local workstation network configuration 
• Configure, manage, update and monitor of Core Banking System (CBS)Temenos24 , email system, HRIS,  and other software operated in bank.
• Facilitate the deployment and configuration of personal computers, print server and antivirus
• Manage, troubleshoots, upgrades, repairs & maintenance of all local area networks and electrical system of branches.
• Configure and maintains switch, router, and other network relatedequipment.
• Maintain inventory of hardware, network and power equipment of Regional Officeand its branches.
• Establish proper technical documentation of configuration of Hardware, software and network and theirtroubleshooting process and findings.
• Prepare replacement plan of hardware, network and power equipment for Regional Office and related branches.
• Manage all sort of IT related problem and complain raised by different units, and branches.
• Prepare technical specification of hardware, network and power equipment as per requirement 
• Plans and designs new and/or expansion/upgrade projects and oversees installation to meet the branch requirements.
• Coordinatewith vendors totimely resolvethe problem rose in Intranet connectivity, power and other equipments as per AMC.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
