Position Overview: As a Campaign Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying, recruiting, and managing influencer partnerships. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that align with our clients' goals and enhance their brand presence through effective influencer collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Recruitment & Relationship Management: Identify and build strong relationships with influencers across various platforms. Evaluate their fit with client brands and manage ongoing interactions.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop influencer marketing strategies tailored to client objectives. Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
  • Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate terms and agreements with influencers to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.Draft and manage contracts to formalize collaborations.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics to assess effectiveness. Prepare detailed reports and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., creative, account management) to ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging influencers, and changes in social media algorithms to continually refine strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms
  • Experience in identifying and partnering with influencers
  • Ability to create and execute influencer marketing campaigns
  • Analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends
  • Experience in branding and advertising
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
