About the job

Job Title: Indian Cuisine Cook

Location: Kathmandu

Salary Range: 25,000–35,000 NPR per month

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Indian Cuisine Cook to join our team at a leading new opening restaurant. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing and cooking a variety of Indian dishes and will be responsible for maintaining the highest culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a wide range of Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, and desserts.
Ensure the quality and presentation of food are of the highest standard.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed.
Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Indian Cuisine Cook or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
