Himmalagari Travel and Tours is seeking a dynamic and experienced Inbound Tourism Manager to lead our inbound tourism operations. The Inbound Tourism Manager will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing inbound tour packages to showcase the rich cultural heritage and natural beauty of our region.

Key Responsibilities:

Design innovative and attractive tour packages tailored to the preferences and interests of inbound tourists.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international travel agencies, tour operators, and other stakeholders to promote our tour packages and secure bookings.
Coordinate with local vendors, guides, and transportation providers to ensure seamless logistics and high-quality services for inbound tours.
Develop marketing strategies and promotional materials to market our tour packages to potential clients through online and offline channels.
Provide exceptional customer service to inbound tourists throughout their journey, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
Prepare and manage budgets for inbound tour packages, ensuring cost-effective operations and profitability.
Stay updated on industry trends, market demand, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and product development.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in inbound tourism management or a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of local tourist attractions, cultural sites, and hospitality services.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and tour management software.
Fluency in English and any additional languages is a plus.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
