Job Description

In-house Sales In charge will help API to maintain cordial relationship with its customers. S/he will be primarily responsible for smooth operation of sales activities by timely collecting order, dispatch, payment and handling customer feedbacks.

Responsibilities:

Study and analyze sales report generated from ERP
Make daily sales call for order and ensure that the orders are dispatched on time
Follow up for the payments and make sure they are received on time
Record customers’ feedback in standard format and inform team regarding the same
Communicate with customers regarding any schemes
Assist in any other MIS related tasks as assigned

Salary: 20-30k , plus attractive incentive
