 Job profile

• The Implementation Engineer is being recruited, in a full-time position, to be a part of aQysta Nepal’s technical team.
• The Implementation Engineer will work closely with the country manager to ensure that company’s product/project implementation targets are met.
• Someone who can lead the implementation of aQysta’s HyPump technology while working closely with the Product Development team and the Project Implementation team.

  Responsibilities

• Lead the work related to selecting contractors
• Drive the project Implementations for HyPump and take responsibility for all aspects of the project’s success.
• Review and ensure internal alignment on project Management by working closely with the  Project Engineer
• Be the main contact point, both for internal and external stakeholders, for any HyPump installation-related work until the end of product life.
• Coordinate with the internal departments/teams and external stakeholders (like Government, Sub-Contractors) by taking up commercial as well as supporting technical role together  with HyPump Project Engineer.
• Ensure on-site health & safety protocols, by incorporating inputs from Project Engineer
• Take charge of logistics planning & control
• Take full and ultimate responsibility for commissioning activities (supported by Project Engineer and Implementation Officer)
• Handle the coordination of after-sales technical troubleshooting work, with support from the installation officer
• Play a supporting role in defining set points and configuration settings of M&C system, by working together with Civil Engineer and Project Engineer
• Plan, observe and control commissioning of HyPumps with support from implementation officer
• Lead the setting up, managing, and tracking of project GANTT chart
• Provide inputs for pre-design BOQ to Project Engineer
• Maintain Quality Assessment protocols that are related to contracted work and installation assembly
• Responsible for the functioning of data-collection from HyPump (and future ITP) installations
• Holed ultimate responsibility for functionality and continuity of web/app-based monitoring application for HyPump (and ITP) (Supported by Implementation Officer)

 The candidate Background, skills, aptitude

• Should have completed Bachelor of Engineering (in Civil/Mechanical) from a reputed university
  
• 2 years of experience of managing projects especially in the irrigation sector (preferably in lift irrigation systems). 
• Proficient in project planning and management
  
• Excellent with effective communication skills
• Demonstrable skills in stakeholder management
• Good hold on documentation and reporting skills
• Strong negotiation skills    
• Confident and Proactive in carrying out the job role
• Demonstrable skills of functioning as a team player
• Holding valid driving license (two wheeler)
• Willing to travel
