  • An image processing engineer should have a Bachelor's Degree in computer vision engineering or image processing engineering or a related field
  • She/He needs to be an undergraduate in a related field of engineering
  • He/she should have two years of expertise in a field like digital image processing 
  • Should have the ability to settle issues with respect to image processing
  • He/she should be a good computer C++ programmer and have good oral and written interaction skills
  • He/she should be creative and should be able to think out of the box
  • Should be able to work separately as well as under a team
  • He/She should have good leading and motivational skills
  • He/She should be observant and have good math, statistical, calculating and computing skills
  • The candidate could also have a doctorate in electrical engineering, as this would increase his/her job opportunities

Job Description

  • Engineer has some key responsibilities that are mentioned below:
  • Designing, enhancing, experimenting and perfecting the adjustment targets
  • Carrying out various experiments and tests and revaluating internal representation algorithm rules, formulas and programs for technical and special procedures and methods
  • Investigating quality and standard metrics in order to study and examine the operative functions and suggesting changes to the metrics in order to enhance the same
  • Giving specialized and technological suggestions in order to supervise and direct the algorithm operative functions of the creators and developers
  • Creating and enhancing various study instruments and executing internal representation standardized operations
  • Experimenting with imaging systems and keeping an eye on the functioning processors
  • Conducting tests on decided presentations and running detector devices
  • Formulating and executing trouble detector programs on electrical path display panels and documenting the methods and procedures of functional internal representation processors
  • Creating, enhancing and codifying particular software programs and backing-up the creation and enhancement of commodities
  • Developing and executing imaging programs that are utilized by doctors to detect human illnesses all across the world
  • Enhancing image running programs in order to ensure that suitable treatment is given by the doctors after examining the patients
  • Developing and implementing software programs that are a part of the representational procedures of diagnostic devices
  • Executing the roles and duties of an image processor and completing all other job duties of an image processing engineer
