Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or above in marketing or relevant degree
  

 Required Skills:

• Excellent English language ability. 
• Minimum 7 in each Band in IELTS and equivalent in PTE
  
• Excellent in using Microsoft office packages
  
• Excellent Public Relation skills
  
• Outstanding presentation skill and outgoing personality 
  
• Have or can make good relationship with Higher Secondary schools or university and their teachers
  

Required Experience:

• Prior IELTS / PTE Instructing experience will have an advantage
  

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to work in the morning and evening as per the student’s enrolment
  

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Instruct and manage students
  
• Develop up to date curriculum 
• Maintaining records of students progress and development
• Able to conduct Mock-Test for students
• Promote organizational products
  
• Working with others to plan and coordinate work
• Marking work, giving appropriate feedback

Conditions:

Salary: Rs. 50,000 + negotiable based on the qualification / experience and expertise

Dashain bonus: 1 Months Salary negotiable based on the qualification/experience and expertise

Bonus: Performance-based bonus is expected minimum equal to the monthly salary

Future Growth:

• The successful candidate who achieves higher performance within the organization will be given charge of managing our English Language Centres.
