Elum Education is seeking highly motivated and experienced IELTS instructor to join our team on a part-time or on-demand basis. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and instructional skills, with a proven ability to prepare students for success on all sections of the IELTS exam (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging and effective IELTS preparation courses: This may include classroom instruction, online tutoring, and one-on-one coaching.
• Assess student needs and tailor instruction accordingly: Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify individual strengths and weaknesses.
• Provide personalized feedback and guidance: Offer constructive criticism and support to help students improve their English language proficiency.
• Prepare students for all sections of the IELTS exam: Focus on exam techniques, time management, and building confidence.
• Stay updated on the latest IELTS exam format and assessment criteria: Continuously enhance your knowledge and teaching methods.
• Maintain accurate student records and progress reports: Track student performance and provide regular updates to Elum Education management (if applicable).
• Participate in professional development activities: Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
