Montessori Kinderworld (Jhamsikhel, Baneshwor, Tahachal, Bhaktapur)
Nepal Montessori Training Centre & Teach & More, Bijulibazaar

We are looking for a competent and experienced ICT In-Charge to oversee, manage, and enhance the entire ICT ecosystem across all associated institutions. The role demands a proactive professional capable of ensuring seamless IT operations, infrastructure reliability, and digital transformation in an academic environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure & Hardware Management

Install, configure, and maintain hardware systems across all locations
Set up and manage ICT infrastructure in classrooms, labs, and offices
Conduct preventive maintenance and system servicing
Diagnose and resolve hardware issues efficiently
Coordinate with vendors for advanced repairs

2. Software Systems & Application Management

Install and maintain operating systems and software
Manage user roles, permissions, and access control
Administer Google Workspace (users, security, storage)
Manage ERP systems (e.g., edigital Nepal)
Oversee cloud hosting, domains, and institutional websites
Design, develop, and maintain websites
Support LMS platforms such as Google Classroom and ManageBac
Provide end-user support and troubleshooting
Conduct ICT and AI tools training sessions
Coordinate with vendors for updates and support

3. Network Infrastructure Management

Manage enterprise network systems including Wi-Fi, switches, and firewalls
Maintain WAN connectivity across all branches
Ensure network security, reliability, and performance
Oversee structured cabling and network architecture

4. CCTV & Surveillance Systems

Install and maintain CCTV systems (IP cameras)
Monitor performance, storage, and recording systems
Troubleshoot and support surveillance applications

5. Financial & Procurement Responsibilities

Prepare and manage ICT budgets
Source and evaluate vendor quotations
Conduct market research and cost comparisons
Process purchase requests and approvals
Verify invoices and coordinate with finance
Follow up on vendor payments and service delivery

6. Additional ICT Systems Management

Manage printers, scanners, and peripherals
Oversee PBX and telephone systems
Maintain audiovisual systems (Smart Boards, TVs, projectors, sound systems)
Support technical arrangements for events
Manage biometric attendance systems

7. User Support & Capacity Building

Provide technical support to academic and administrative staff
Conduct regular ICT training sessions
Ensure smooth daily ICT operations across all institutions

Summary

Ensure reliability, security, and efficiency of ICT systems
Support academic and administrative functions through technology
Lead digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in ICT management (preferably in an educational institution or multi-branch organization)
Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and system administration
Experience with Google Workspace, ERP systems, and LMS platforms
Familiarity with CCTV, biometric systems, and cloud technologies

Key Skills

Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent organisational and project management abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
