About the job
Organization- Hyatt Regency Kathmandu
Summary
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. It will include the preparation of PNPs, working out for cleaning schedules and their implementation along with chief steward, staff training (kitchen, service, engineering, stewarding and all other applicable such as receiving officer) and e nsuring Food Hygiene and Sanitation SOP’s at all production areas, dishwashing utilities, receiving and storage areas.
Qualifications
Bachelors and university degree in environmental science, physical Science, Biological Science, hotel and restaurant management, Business/ Administration, Hospitality, Leadership, Management. Minimum 1 years of experience as a certified Industrial Hygienist.
