Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Should be able to supervise and maintain the quality of HVAC installation and commissioning of site during the project phase.
Should be able to study the drawings and supervise the works in site as per drawings provided.
Should have hands-on experience with the maintenance and operation of Chiller, AHUS, split ACs of a commercial building and residential buildings when required.
Should be able to work as head HVAC technician and supervise a team of HVAC technicians in the operation phase.
Should be able to find the faults in HVAC systems and repair/ maintain the systems efficiently.
Should have some experience with welding works andthe repair of pumps.
Able to work in MS Office and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
Should be able to maintain the HVAC inventory records, electrical purchase records, billing records and maintenance records.
Should be willing to work after hours.
Report all HVAC site progress, failures, inventories, etc. to engineer in charge.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 8 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in HVAC or a related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HVAC operations.
Completion experience of at least 2 projects of total 500 TR chillers installations.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial building maintenance and operation with at least 200 TR chillers.
Strong knowledge and experience with HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and air handlers.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
In-depth understanding of safety and health regulations.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Professional attitude with a strong attention to detail.
2 Wheeler license.
