Job Description

Zomome is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As the HR Specialist, you will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. You will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Be actively involved in the recruitment process by crafting detailed job descriptions, posting job vacancies across multiple platforms, and managing the entire hiring process.
  • Conduct interviews for prospective employees, administer pre-employment assessments, and conduct thorough reference checks to ensure the selection of qualified candidates.
  • Maintain a set of document templates such as employment contracts and resignation letters and ensure they are accessible and up to date in compliance with legal standards.
  • Assist manager in managing poor performance, advising on solutions, and assisting with implementation.
  • Conduct thorough investigations of employee relations, performance, and policy violation issues and recommend measures to address them.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement employee recognition programs to promote and engage employees
  • Assist in quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Provide management information reports related to HR, such as absence data, staff lists, payroll costs, etc. Manage requests for information, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Working Days: Sunday to Friday 
Work Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
