Roles and responsibilities of this job

A leading Hydropower Company operating >50MW project is looking for a responsible and people-oriented Human Resources Officer professional to manage day-to-day human resource activities and support effective workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and other HR administration.
Support employee relations, performance management, and staff engagement activities.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws & regulations.
Coordinate training, development, and employee welfare programs.
Support management in workforce planning and other HR-related matters.
Lead the recruitment process, including talent acquisition through headhunting and networking.
Handle employee grievances with professionalism, fairness, and confidentiality.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in hydropower, construction, or infrastructure projects.
Good knowledge of HR practices, labor regulations, and HR documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
