Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer at Krish Home Studios in Kathmandu. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for HR management, HR policies, employee relations, and job description development.

Qualifications

HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
Experience in developing HR policies and job descriptions
Employee relations skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
At least 2 years experience as an HR officer.
