Requirements

• Minimum two years of professional experience in a similar role
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Excellent knowledge and skills with using computer software and digital products for HR process management
• Strong knowledge of Nepal's labor law and similar policies and rules

Key Responsibilities

• Execute HR processes for Starter/New Hires, Leavers, Changes, Reference Letters & Regulated References, Reports, Sickness/Absence, etc.
• Ensuring the data held on HR management system meets accuracy and quality standards
  
• Effective data recording within employee electronic/physical files to meet data protection rules & guidelines
• Facilitate and operate performance management, appraisal, and disciplinary actions
  
• Handle and mitigate employee grievances

Salary shall depend on the experience and proficiency of the candidate.
