Job Description

  • Work on recruitment process by conducting Job analysis, preparing Job Descriptions,  posting vacancies, screening resumes
  • Organize and take part in interview procedures as required
  • Maintain hiring-related paperwork and database 
  • Conduct new employee orientation/onboarding programs
  • Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination  paperwork is completed 
  • Advise management on organizing, preparing, or implementing recruiting or  retention programs
  • Provide coaching on policies and procedures to the employees
  • Maintain optimal staffing level by tracking workload and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with employment and data protection related legal requirements 
  • Prepare budget by analyzing compensation policies and implement competitive  package while ensuring adherence to legal requirement
  • Prepare survey form and Conduct team survey as per requirement
  • Develop training and development programs for employees and work on employee  engagements
  • Grievance handling and overseeing the health and safety of people at work
  • Assist HR Manager in developing and implementing policies and guidelines

Time Commitment: 48 hours per week (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
