Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Millsberry International School in Kathmandu. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development programs, and ensuring HR compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills
Experience in developing training and development programs
Knowledge of HR policies and regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
