Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an Human Resources Officer to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee records, attendance, leave management, employee relations, and HR administration while ensuring smooth coordination with the team and management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Handle attendance, leave records, employee movements, and related HR processes.
Support payroll and other HR-related administrative activities.
Address employee queries and provide appropriate HR support.
Assist in implementing company policies, procedures, and HR practices.
Support employee engagement, training, and development activities.
Monitor workplace discipline and promote a positive and professional work environment.
Candidate shall be adept with current Labor Laws including knowledge of all Labor and Internal Relations issues
Coordinate with department heads and management on HR-related matters.
Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Ensure compliance with applicable company policies and labor regulations.
Perform other HR-related duties assigned by immediate supervisor.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
Good knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, recruitment, HRMS software (NIMBLE), attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle employee matters professionally and confidentially.
Good organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and general computer applications.
Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with different departments.
Candidates with experience in the hospitality, hotel, casino, or service industry will be an advantage.
