Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, policy development and implementation, and employee engagement initiatives. The Human Resources Manager will also oversee training and development programs and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
  • Experience in recruitment and employee onboarding
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage and resolve employee relations issues
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Proficient in HRIS and other HR software
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
