Position: Human Resources manager 

Salary: 70k - 100k+ negotiable 

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree.

Experience: Min 5 -7 yrs of Relevant Experience in Human Resources. 

Location: Kathmandu 

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

  • Developing & implementing HR strategies & initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. 
  • Bridging management & employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment & selection process.
  • Support current & future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation & preservation of human capital. 
  • Assist in developing & implementing effective talent management strategies to ensure the retention. 
  • Led the compensation & benefits administration, & payroll process, ensuring compliance with local laws & regulations & alignment with industry best practices. 
  • Manage talent acquisition & develop effective onboarding programs to attract & retain high-quality candidates & ensure seamless integration into the organization's culture & values. 
  • Develop & monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics & procedures across the organization. 
  • Nurture a positive working environment. 
  • Oversee & manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. 
  • Maintain pay plan & benefits program. 
  • Assess training needs to apply & monitor training programs. 
  • Report to management & provide decision support through HR metrics. 

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 : 

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, & conflict-resolution skills with excellent communication & interpersonal skill. 
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft office and electronic project management systems and tools. 
  • Knowledge of best HR practices and HR policies and procedures. 
  • Excellent organizational & project management skills
