Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Intern at Roadhouse Group Nepal located in Baluwatar, Kathmandu. As a Human Resources Intern, you will be responsible for assisting with HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
Familiarity with HR terms and terminologies
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial includes strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
