About the job

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions to support the organization's goals and objectives. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and recognition programs.
  • Implement performance management systems and processes to monitor and develop employee performance.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and strategies.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and objectives.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
  • HR certification is a plus.
