Human Resources Coordinator- 1 position

Purpose: This position reports to Human Resources Manager. The position holder will support in compensation management, Human Resources Information System (HRIS) administration and records filing.

Term and Location: 3 years fixed term employment based in Country Office, Lalitpur.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
Master’s Degree in Management or any related field from recognized institute. Desired professional qualification in the relevant job domain. At least four (4) years’ relevant work experience in human resource management functional activities. Proven experience in coordination, liaison and networking, finance and other critical management domains. INGO work experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support to Organization Development Coordinator for developing correct job profile.
  • Support to Human Resources Manager in implementing Global Pay Policy for Plan Nepal
  • Data maintenance and monitoring staff information in Human Resources Information System.
  • Support to Human Resources Manager for compensation management. 
  • Staffs leave record management.
  • Maintain up to date personnel files and records correctly.
