Are you a motivated student looking to gain practical experience in Human Resources? We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and support key HR functions.

Location: Siphal, Kathmandu

Duration: 3 months internship and employment upon performance evaluation

Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain and update HR records and databases
Support day-to-day HR operations and documentation
Coordinate attendance and leave records
Contribute to employee engagement activities

Eligibility:

Bachelor's degree or Bachelor's-level students currently running their studies in Management, Business, or a related faculty

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented and proactive

Willingness to learn and take initiative
