Position: HR Executive

Experience: 1-2 years

Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment process by coordinating interviews and conducting initial screenings.
• Assist in new employee onboarding, including completing paperwork and facilitating orientation.
• Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Resolve employee issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies.
• Coordinate training programs and workshops for employees.
• Assist in performance management process, including conducting appraisals and goal setting.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
