  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in human resources.
  • Additional training/certification in Payroll Management – may be advantageous
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Complete understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Be able to use MS office, database, and standard Hr software
  • Two-wheeler license

Job Description

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format
  • To ensure the process of the monthly HR payroll documentation on a timely basis, ensuring completeness and accurate documentation
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance with coordinating QIMA, HQTS, SEDEX, APSCA, and BSCI

Work Hours: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Including half-an-hour lunch break)
