Roles and responsibilities of this job

Recruitment and Selection
Prepare legal documents and employee contract
Orienting new employees
Preparing legal documents for the exit process and arrange exit interviews
Record maintenance of employees ( Personal, attendance, leaves, holidays, etc.) for payroll
Handling Employee Concerns
Maintaining Policies and HR Records
Day-to-Day HR Duties & Tasks

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in management, BBA, BBS, B. Com. preferably with HR specialization (MBA Preferred)
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities
Fundamental knowledge of Nepal labour and employment laws
Knowledge of recruitment processes, payroll management, staffing, performance evaluation, Human Resource policies and practices, HR strategy execution, compensation claims, etc.
Knowledge of software / IT industry
Comfortable interacting with director and technical leaders
Highly-developed interviewing skills
