Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Initiates and participates in the selection process to select the most suitable internal/external candidates
Tracks staff movement, attrition, and vacancies and ensures vacancies are filled within stipulated time using the most effective and cost-efficient method and sources
Monitors, the execution of well-planned induction programs to enable the new employees to reach productivity levels faster
Identifies critical employee training needs across the company, designs the annual training calendar, supervises its execution and monitors the effectiveness of training
Directs and monitors the conduct of performance appraisal as per set schedules, provides technical guidance to appraisers, oversees proper documentation and timely decision making of related decisions
Prepares an annual HR budget based on the inputs given by the Manager
Indulges in creating harmonious relationship inside the Company
Other jobs as assigned by the Manager

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 6 years

Other Specification

Should be aware about Labor Laws, regulations, and rules governing work requirements of staffs
Should have knowledge of general office software, particularly the Microsoft Office and payroll software
Should have strong presentation abilities with strong analytical and presentation skills
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills
Must be good communicator, interpersonal relationship, and skills on handling issues or problem solving skills
Should have an ability to learn
