Job Description

Surya Ply is looking for an experienced HR  Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for  managing and supporting an organization's workforce.

 Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with department managers for hiring decisions.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills.
  • Implement career development initiatives.
  • Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers.
