Job Description

We are the authorized importers and distributors of various medical and dental equipment, consumables and instruments. Being established in 1964, we have made the history of contributing in health sectors over 54 years. We have been successful in distributing medical equipment to every city of Nepal.

  • Experience 3-5 years required in the related field
  • Supervising the Attendance and Leave Management and provide the report to the HR Manager on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Assist Senior HR in hiring process (includes analyzing the vacant position, analyzing the requirement for the same, designing job description, job posting, reviewing resume)
  • Publish and remove job ads on different platforms (e.g. job boards, social networks, careers pages, etc)
  • Schedule prospective candidate’s job interviews and be a point of contact as required
  • Onboarding ( Drafting Offer Letters, Appointment letters, NDA and document collection from the selected candidates ) 
  • Creating log in ID of new staff, sending mail (employee details) to ID Card vendor for ID and sending mail to IT for creating official email ID, PF account opening
  • Maintaining the Employee Personnel File and Database as per the company policy
  • Ensure Contract renewals are done with proper deadlines
  • Preparing HR related documents (like current working letter, recommendation letter, salary statement).
  • Answering employee questions / queries
  • Maintaining the records of the assets provided to the employees
  • Exit Formalities - clearance form , full and Final settlement in coordination with HR Manager and accounts & return of the assets from the resigned employees
  • Other tasks assigned by management and BOD
