Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's HR policies and programs. They will support and guide the management team on all HR-related matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations
  • Administer employee benefits programs and oversee the maintenance of employee records
  • Develop and implement training and development programs for employees
  • Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws, regulations, and policies
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR
  • Develop and manage HR budgets
  • Monitor and ensure the accuracy of payroll and benefits administration
  • Ensure the safety and security of the workplace, and compliance with safety regulations
  • Oversee performance management and employee feedback programs
