Job Description

Bagaichā, a  multidisciplinary art and food hub, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key  member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in fostering a supportive, inclusive and  dynamic work environment for our employees. 

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: 

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs. 
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process for new hires (conduct interviews, complete new hire  paperwork, conduct orientations). 
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. 
  • Foster a positive work environment that supports employee development and engagement. 
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of team members. Hold the team accountable for their performance and develop them through continual feedback and coaching. 
  • Maintain a positive working relationship and treat all employees with respect while providing them  with direction and feedback. 
  • Strictly adhere to all the organization policies and procedures. 
  • Work closely with other members in the leadership team. 
  • Oversee administration of payroll. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. 
  • Conduct disciplinary actions as needed. 
  • Deliver team member reviews in a timely manner.
