Job Description

  • This role supports Human Resources management functions of HFHN.  As the HR Coordinator, you shall work very closely with the HR Manager in developing and implementing systems, policies and procedures
  • You will spearhead talent acquisition activities working with Hiring Managers to ensure that we engage the right people at the right time in support of the achievement of HFHN’s strategic goals
  • You have an active role to play in employee onboarding, training & development, performance management, compensation benefits administration & payroll management and employee separation process. Ideally you are an HR Generalist who has knowledge and experience in various facets of human resources management

​Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management or any related course with 5 years of experience in an HR function
  • Expected to have a knowledge of Nepal Labor Law
