Salary: Rs. 25,000 plus Bonus

Work Schedule:

  • Monday: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM
  • Thursday: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM
  • Friday: Off
  • Saturday: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Mostly Off on Saturdays)
  • Sunday: Off

Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention
  • Handle employee relations, manage attendance and performance evaluation systems.
  • Organize training and development programs
  • Maintain HR records and reports
