• Formulate appropriate policies and procedures and maintain a good team culture and working environment in the organization
• Provide direct supervision to the operations support staffs with their routine work to ensure smooth operation of facilities within the office premises
• Ensure compliance and maintain proper documentation of legal and human resource related matters (contracts, policies, insurances, evaluations etc.)
• Handle and document procurement function and maintain office inventories
• Manage and run the office Cafeteria
• Provide logistic support for the events happening at HCI
