Job Description

  • Manage the daily operations of the hub through the supervision of dispatchers, supervisors, leads, and all hub staff.
  • Manager to ensure proper information to clients/customers who visit the hub
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures in the hub facility
  • Maintain control of the Cash Delivery process and oversee field staff compliance and accurate management of cash flow and work reporting
  • Lead the troubleshooting efforts from the hub, solve problems as they occur, and ensure service integrity.
