Job Description

We (Sunam Infrastructure Nirman Pvt Ltd) are looking for a skilled HR/Admin Officer (Site based) who will support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures and will be responsible for the administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (Personal files, attendance, leave data etc.) according to policy.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g., letters, emails and packages)
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
